J. Evan Crass
Senior Consultant
Evan is a
Senior Consultant to ADI Compliance Consulting, Inc. He is
responsible for managing the implementation of fair lending
compliance programs at large mortgage lenders throughout the
country. His experience includes the implementation and use of
fair lending statistical analysis programs as well as the review
of mortgage files to ensure compliance with appropriate fair
lending regulations. Among his other duties he has participated
in the implementation of Enterprise Wide Risk Management systems
for mortgage lenders by working to identify key risks and
associated controls and monitoring mechanisms. He also provides
training to clients in managing their fair lending compliance
programs and performance.
Prior Experience
Prior to becoming a consultant to ADI he was the Vice President
of Operations and Finance at a software and services firm in
Knoxville, TN. There Evan had responsibility for overseeing the
ongoing business activities of the firm, including business
development, strategic partnerships, company organizational
structure and the acquisition of venture capital.
He successfully developed a capital funding plan and guided the
company through venture capital due diligence and valuation
efforts.
EDUCATION
Evan has a Bachelor
of Science Degree in Business Management from the Virginia
Polytechnic Institute and a Masters of Business Administration
from the University of Tennessee.
