OVERVIEW
Monica joined ADI Consulting in January 2006 as a Consultant
working in the Person to Person Quality division. Monica is the
lead consultant for many of the firm’s mystery shopping clients.
Monica is responsible for managing a team of schedulers and
mystery shoppers. Monica also organizes and processes research
results and produces regular reports that are customized for
each client. In addition, Monica performs marketing research for
Person to Person Quality.
prior experience
Prior to
employment at ADI Consulting, Monica worked as a Deposit
Services Representative for Union Bankshares Corporation. This
is a rapidly growing banking institution located in Bowling
Green, VA. There, Monica performed daily duties of managing
charge off accounts, dormant accounts, paying mortgages with
their subsidiary companies, and balancing various accounts.
Monica also served as a Customer Service Representative for the
Internal Revenue Service in Richmond, VA. She was given
comprehensive training that allowed her to become heavily
involved in tax consultation, tax law and resolving tax balance
issues. She was responsible for thoroughly answering inquiries
on any tax issues and customer complaints.

Monica has a MBA from Strayer University concentrating in the
field of Business Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in
Business Administration/Marketing from Virginia Union
University.
