Principal
OVERVIEW
Mike has more than 22 years experience delivering expert
compliance consulting services to clients in the financial
services industry. His work with clients includes banks
among the ten largest in the country, as well as community
banks, national mortgage companies, bank-affiliated
brokers/dealers and investment advisers. Most client
assignments focus on four areas:

Fair Lending – Responsible for client
engagements related to self-testing, data analysis, and
policies and procedures.

Investment Sales and Trusts – Responsible for
assignments related to investment product sales, licensing,
policies and procedures, and testing.

Anti-Money Laundering – Responsible for
reviews and strategy development concerning compliance with
the Bank Secrecy Act, the USA PATRIOT Act, and other
categories of regulation.

Community Reinvestment Act – Responsible for
engagements concerning performance context, strategy, data
integrity and analysis. |
Mike is the president and co-owner of ADI. Along with
the other co-owner of ADI, Mike established the
philosophy on which all of ADI’s consulting services are based:
Assess each client’s situation, Design an effective solution,
and Implement that solution diligently.
In addition
to compliance consulting, Mike is also responsible for
leading the development of two other divisions of ADI: Person
to Person Quality, which helps firms in many industries to
measure service quality and identify strategies for improving
it; and ADI Capital Services, which extends ADI’s capabilities
to the government market.
Prior Experience
Prior to
entering the consulting business, Mike was Special
Assistant to U.S. Senator Dennis DeConcini (Retired).
Education
Mike is a graduate of The National Law Center at the
George Washington University, and he has an undergraduate degree
from Arizona State University.
