Senior Consultant
Rob is a Senior
Consultant with ADI Compliance Consulting, Inc. His areas of
expertise include financial regulatory compliance with regard to
CRA, HMDA, Fair Lending, and other areas, database integrity and
management, compliance lending and pricing analysis, and
analytical presentation. He has over ten years of experience
working in the financial services industry in numerous
capacities for both large and small institutions.
Rob has maintained a
constant focus on data integrity. This focus has involved a
wide variety of analytical procedures, from regression analysis
and comparative file review to policy and procedure reviews and
loan product analyses for fair lending compliance. All projects
have embraced a comprehension of evolving regulatory
requirements while maintaining or exceeding institutional and
regulatory requirements, ensuring that the presentation of the
data analysis is optimal. Rob has performed in all phases of
these components, including assessing and redesigning data flow
throughout lending institutions, automation of compliance
management reports, in-depth analyses of compliance risk,
lending trend analysis, goal and parity setting, and
presentation of analysis.
Rob has developed a
wide array of presentation techniques for the various audiences
of the findings. These techniques have included verbal,
written, tabular, charted, graphic, demographic, and geographic
presentations. The audiences for the presentations span a wide
spectrum of professionals, from colleagues to compliance
officers, CEOs, Boards of Directors, and the attendees of such
national conferences as the ABA, the IOHRA, and the CRA and Fair
Lending Colloquium, among others.
prior experience
Prior to joining ADI, Rob was the Product Manager of an
outsourcing service and a Senior Consultant for PCi Corporation,
makers of the Wiz family of software products. His list
of clients included banks of all sizes, mortgage companies, and
community advocate groups. Rob also served as the CRA, fair
lending, and marketing analyst for one of the top 10 banks in
the United States. In that capacity, he was responsible for
managing all data analysis to maintain the highest CRA rating.
During his career, Rob has participated in and provided numerous
seminars and training sessions. He has developed a high level
of expertise with a variety of computer software products and
database systems.
EDUCATION
Rob
graduated from Providence
College with a Bachelors degree in Pshychology.
