ADI Consulting
was formed in 2002 to offer clients an array of consulting and
related services in three areas:
ADI is the combination of a long-time firm, S&FA Capital
Services, which was lead by Michael L. Mitchell, and ICRM
Services, Ltd., which was lead by Stephen D. Marshall.
The Person to Person Quality
division offers customer satisfaction,
customer service, quality improvement, and broad market research
expertise to
banks, insurance companies,
mortgage lenders, credit unions, and others in the
financial
services industry,
as well as to clients in automotive sales,
retail, and other industries. Our Person to Person Quality
client-base is currently defined by two geographic interests.
One set consists of clients who seek a firm with national
experience and reach. The other set consists of clients whose
primary markets are in the
Mid-Atlantic states.
For all clients, our services stand out because of the superior
quality of the mystery shoppers we use and the clarity and
dependability of the customized reports we deliver.
Compliance Services provides comprehensive compliance
expertise to financial institution clients. Core consulting
areas include Fair Lending, BSA/AML, and Investment Products and
Services. In all areas, we assess our client’s situation;
design the appropriate solution; and implement what we design.
Our clients for these services range from top-five holding
companies to community banks; the largest mortgage companies to
individual mortgage brokers; bank-affiliates to independent
broker-dealers or investment advisers.
Information Integrity Services delivers ready capacity and
expertise to financial institution clients that need analysis or
assistance with file reviews, data scrubs, quality control
reviews, or similar needs. Our teams can do their work at the
client site or from our secure, on-shore facilities. We have
the resources to handle engagements of all sizes. Recent
examples include projects involving 200,000+ records, 22,000+
records, and 9,000+ records, and every engagement is critically
important. Our clients for these services include top, national
mortgage lenders, multi-state banks, and local lenders.
