collect customer responses with the greatest care and at the
best value. We can manage online
surveys; create and administer customer panels; handle all
facets of mail surveys; and conduct in-person interviews.

conduct surveys of individual consumers or representatives of
business customers.

a unique perspective on customer service issues, and this
perspective is often essential to gaining insight into the
solution to client problems. For example, only actual customers
can provide direct answers about what they like and dislike
about service and whether those feelings stem from people,
