Person to Person Quality conducts customer surveys related to customer satisfaction, perceptions of service and product quality, and many other aspects of the Customer MomentSM

 

Our expertise is understanding each client’s issues, crafting the questions that need to be asked, and discerning customers’ answers to those questions. 

 

Whatever the data collection process, we can help.  We work with several subcontractor call centers to collect customer responses with the greatest care and at the best value.  We can manage online surveys; create and administer customer panels; handle all facets of mail surveys; and conduct in-person interviews. 

 

Similarly, we conduct surveys of individual consumers or representatives of business customers. 

 

Well designed surveys provide a unique perspective on customer service issues, and this perspective is often essential to gaining insight into the solution to client problems.  For example, only actual customers can provide direct answers about what they like and dislike about service and whether those feelings stem from people, products, or processes.  Person to Person Quality helps clients understand these perceptions and develop a strategy for improvement.  We deliver specific recommendations and provide assistance, if desired, in implementing them.
