Throughout this material, we have stressed that we want to help clients implement the recommendations we make.  Implementation extends our relationship with our client to the execution phase, affording greater continuity of effort than achievable in a hand-off of responsibility.   The result is a more complete and effective solution.  In addition, assessing a client situation and designing a solution with an eye toward implementation, is good discipline for us.  It rivets our attention on what will actually work for our client.  The more effective the solution, the greater the value we deliver.

In a few areas, however, we recognize that others have greater expertise than we do.  For example, sometimes the solutions we recommend require expertise in sales management, sales training, or software solutions.  These are areas of special need, and we have partners who assist us in delivering these components of our solution.  If we bring a partner to the engagement, we maintain the leadership role for our client, and we never subcontract responsibility for ensuring that each client receives the solution it needs.
