United States Federal Credit Union works hard to provide the highest quality service, and it would like help from members like you.  You can help by becoming a mystery shopper and telling us about your banking experiences. 

 

 

Mystery shopping is a common research technique, but it must be done professionally.  United States Senate Federal Credit Union uses Person to Person Quality to run its mystery shopping program.   Person to Person Quality has been conducting mystery shopping programs for more than 10 years. It works with other credit unions and banks throughout the country, but it is based locally, in Fairfax, VA. 

 

As a mystery shopper, you’ll conduct normal business at branches, by phone or e-mail, just as you always have.  The only difference is that you’ll complete an online questionnaire about the service you received.  Sometimes, Person to Person Quality might also ask you to visit the credit union to inquire about common products, such as mortgages or Certificates of Deposit.  You will not have to make changes to your existing account, and no one at the credit union will know that you are a shopper. Only Person to Person Quality will know you submitted the report.  After all, it is a mystery shop.

 

As a mystery shopper for Person to Person Quality, you – 
 

Earn attractive fees for every shop you complete;
 

• Help improve the U.S. Senate Federal Credit Union for all members;
   

• Introduce yourself to a new source of supplemental income – if you’re interested, you’ll be able to do other kinds of shops for Person to Person Quality;
   

• Increase your awareness of service quality; and
